We come from outer space.
Our mission is to study human interaction in the nightlife scene of Toronto, Canada, Earth. By organizing events in various nightclubs we are able to create an excellent atmosphere for human interaction. A mix of music and alcohol seems to act as a catalyst to communication between humans. So we must provide energetic music and a variety of alcoholic beverages at our events. To notify the mothership on our STATUS, of this mission, we must take pictures of you, humans, and feature them on this website.
We come in peace.

Rockwood+Grass is an event space like no other without comparison.
Located in downtown Toronto Rockwood+Grass is a 7,500 square foot Nightclub and Event Space comprised of 3 levels. Each level features unique decor and has it's own distinct personality and flavor. Every level has state of the art sound and audio offering all types of sounds including Hip-Hop, R&B, House and Rock & Roll.
Rock :.
Dark and shimmering, ROCK is the club?s first level. The space evokes a deep subterranean milieu. Faceted and reflective, tilting ceiling surfaces in glossy black and chromed aluminium snake around the room catching flickers of movement and light. The room takes cues from the geode where a rougher crust is juxtaposed with finer crystalline formations. A DJ booth is launched from a rocky precipice overlooking the dancefloor. Glowing Onyx drink islands and tables create luminous areas to congregate. Onyx as a material symbolizes the midnight hour. It is grounding and thought to deflect or absorb the negativity of others. Customized mirrored walls are embellished with Swarovski crystals; swirling in kaleidoscopic patterns. Rock offers 3 distinct seating areas. The main area floats above a bed of magenta tinged light. Flexible seating allows the area to convert to the main bandstand. A secondary area offers a room within a surreally lit ?cave? environment and the third is a more intimate private ?den?
Wood :.
The perimeter of the space uses graphic imagery to create the illusion of misty, vaporous forests running along the lengths of the two elevated lounges. Each lounge is a continuous wrap of deep walnut curving from floor to wall to ceiling, with vistas out to the clearing in the centre of the room. The hardwood dance floor in the centre includes two custom seating sections defined by a glimmering dropped bronze chain canopy. The banquettes are backed by glowing wood grain lightboxes which gently curve around with tactile walnut tops.
Wood embraces its name not only in materiality but in environment, mood, texture and tactility offering its clientele a warm and sophisticated evening environment.
Grass :.
The club was conceived as a stratified space where patrons can move through its layers traipsing from the deep core of 'ROCK'; to the warm embrace of 'WOOD'; finally emerging to the open air of its rooftop patio 'GRASS'.
